Downpour

A downpour which will sprout the last of the reluctant seeds

raging rain, running rivulets rain and wind, a symphony of untold proportions I found my solace in the rain, as a child, as a young man Lost my mind in the deep, dark embraces of rainy nights fire in my veins, ice cold and burning hot silent mornings after the rain wastelands scorched by summer sun empty fields, waiting for the first drops of rain the silence of my mind, against the milling crowd moments stretching out words failing to bridge the gaps reach out and wrap them in your silence rain, rivers, and mountains windswept plains, washed in torrential rains reluctant seeds touching and breaking the silence.....
